Job Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns for a real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and the ability to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email) to promote real estate properties and services.
  2. Develop lead generation strategies, driving qualified leads through online channels and converting them into sales.
  3. Optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with lead nurturing processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  6. Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, social media) to attract potential buyers and investors.
  7. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
  8. Track and report key performance metrics (lead volume, quality, conversion rates) to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on real estate trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  10. Build partnerships with developers and influencers to enhance brand credibility.
  11. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements in real estate marketing.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in real estate.
  2. Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of real estate lead generation techniques.
  4. Fluency in Arabic and Eastern European languages is required.
  5. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  6. Creative content creation skills with the ability to engage target audiences.
  7. Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  8. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
