Job description

Abu Dhabi continues to develop the capital organically with ongoing expansion plans of the city and its offering. A high profile property developer in Abu Dhabi is expanding their business to deliver superior products for the wider community and overseas traveller. Internationally experienced and locally expert, this leading organisation is seeking equally talented leaders to be part of unique and exciting developments now and in the future.

The Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will manage two (2) junior support staff. The DMM will be accountable for increasing the foot fall traffic, sales per square foot, and awareness of this luxury development, its tenants and attractions. This position will drive technology innovation into various channels to improve the guest experience, whilst tracking emerging trends along with managing digital projects and vendors to fully engage retail and entertainment, and embracing omni-channel platforms.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent education.
  2. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years local market experience from the UAE, including 5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or other related field.
  3. Previous management experience for at least 3 years, including strategic plan development, management of internal staff, and external vendors or agencies.
  4. Proven experience working with multiple retail and lifestyle brands in the public relations and social media marketing space.
  5. Local expert of the fashion world with an extensive network.
  6. Transformational, dynamic and passionate leader with an entrepreneurial approach.
  7. Resilient, innovative and driven marketeer who delivers demanding results.
  8. Excellent and fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) with translation skills a plus.
