Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job: The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Joinery, Fit-out, Events, and Contracting sectors. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, monitoring competitors, and implementing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. The role involves hands-on execution across SEO/SEM, web, email, social media, and content marketing to drive engagement and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Perform research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for daily social media activity.
  • Monitor SEO performance, web traffic metrics, and campaign analytics; report insights and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure informative and visually appealing content.
  • Support business units with marketing tools such as presentations, bumpers, and visual content.
  • Represent the company professionally during client tours of the office, factory, and production sites.
  • Conduct photography, videography, and content creation for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Manage design and branding across all social media platforms (e.g., profile pictures, banners, blog layouts).
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain active community management.
  • Propose and run brand awareness activities, including promotions and social campaigns.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools and trends in digital marketing, AI applications, and design software.
  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies to maintain brand competitiveness.
  • Represent the company professionally, including public speaking and appearing in video content.
  • Operate independently while coordinating across departments to achieve marketing goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in the UAE.
  • Strong background in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation in Fit-out, Events, Contracting, and Construction sectors.
  • Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in content creation, photography, videography, and editing tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills, with experience in project tours and client management on-site.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen eye for design, detail, and storytelling.
  • Self-starter with high energy, flexibility, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working on construction sites to gather visual content.
  • Strong team player with leadership and multitasking abilities.

Compensation: 15,000 AED + Visa + yearly ticket allowance + medical insurance + petrol allowance (sites)
