Job summary

Biz Easy DMCC in Dubai is seeking a digital marketing specialist to support business development with global clients. You will plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing, 4–5 years UAE experience, and strong data analytics, CRM, and marketing automation skills. You will collaborate with creative teams, manage publishing calendars, and generate sales reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4–5 years of UAE experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with SEO tools and web publishing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement media planning and monitor campaigns (CPL, CPC, conversions).
• Develop digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Lead SEO efforts and keyword research to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Lead social media marketing including content and engagement strategies.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns optimizing opens, CTRs and conversions.
• Create content calendars and oversee graphic design and content writing.
• Develop and maintain sales reports tracking revenue, conversion rates, and retention.
• Use data analytics tools to track data and optimize campaigns.
• Manage the digital sales funnel and KPIs; contribute to marketing department improvements.
• Support marketing consulting services for clients as needed.

Biz Easy DMCC is looking for digital marketing specialist consultants to support the business development for world wide based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Our company is based in Dubai with offices in Abu Dhabi and Tokyo Japan. As a partner that supports the success of business we are a comprehensive consulting firm that provides services such as business consulting and corporate services including business strategy market research digital marketing and other related corporate services.

Job Duties

• Strategize and implement Media planning and monitoring all the campaigns including CPL CPC and conversion rates.
• Develop Digital Market strategies to drive Brand Awareness lead generation and customer acquisition.
• SEO Efforts and keyword research to improve website Rankings Organic traffic and keyword performance.
• To involved in website development projects.
• Lead Social Media Marketing including content and engagement strategies to enhance brand presence and audience reach.
• Develop and Manage Email Marketing campaigns optimizing open ratesclick-through rates and conversions.
• Create new Marketing strategies and manage the entire publishing calendar for all the Social Media accounts including Graphic designing and content writing.
• Develop and maintain Sales reports that tracked key performance metrics like Revenue Conversion rates and customer retention.
• Use data analytics tools to track and analyze user data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Manage the digital sales funnel and monitor Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs) to measure sucess and identify areas for improvement for Digital Marketing department.
• Other tasks assigns by the Department Head/MD.
• We also do our own marketing and provide consulting support for our customers.
• Create Content calender

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Similar Field.
• Must have 4-5 years of Working experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in the UAE market.
• Experience with Digital Marketing automation software.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Web Publishing.
• Proficiency with SEO Tools.
• Knowledge of basic creative design theory.
• Management and handling skills of creative designers.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Highly logical thinking and communication skills as a business person.
• Skills for wide and deep consideration.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually.
• Strong Time Management skills with excellent multi tasking.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
