Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our luxury perfume brands' social media presence. The ideal candidate understands the tone, elegance, and emotional storytelling required in luxury branding and can translate it into compelling content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

You will be responsible for daily content planning, posting, engagement, and reporting — ensuring our digital presence feels elevated, consistent, and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns
  • Post and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.)
  • Write elegant, on-brand captions in English and Arabic when needed
  • Coordinate with creative and product teams to gather visuals, videos, and campaign assets
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and luxury content formats to keep our pages fresh and modern
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments in a brand-aligned tone
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal designers
  • Track KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in social media, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, tone, and luxury positioning
  • Experience managing Arabic and English pages/accounts preferred
  • Good experience in handling social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, including analyzing platform-specific insights and analytics to optimize performance
  • Ability to use tools like Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing apps
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and story-based storytelling

Skills & Attributes:

  • Fluent in English; working knowledge of Arabic (fluency preferred)
