Job Description

Our client is one of the largest asset management companies in Dubai, owning and managing large real estate, malls, entertainment venues, sporting venues (including golf courses), hotels, restaurants, and shopping areas. This is a semi-government entity.

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for performance-led campaigns and user-focused content. Prior experience in the sporting industry, especially golf, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive app installs and increase golf booking conversions, ensuring ROI targets are met.
  2. Manage app engagement tools, including push notifications, in-app banners, and promotional placements related to golf offers, tee times, availability, and seasonal campaigns.
  3. Coordinate marketing efforts with product updates and the user journey through collaboration with the product and operations teams.
  4. Create and schedule digital content (visuals, copy, reels) and EDMs to promote golf booking features, loyalty benefits, and new experiences on the company app.
  5. Monitor and report on in-app engagement, booking funnel performance, and overall campaign effectiveness, using insights to identify trends and inform future strategies.
  6. Support wider golf marketing initiatives across managed clubs, contributing ideas and campaign suggestions during planning meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to mobile apps or performance marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of paid media, content scheduling, and in-app engagement tools (e.g., push notifications, banners).
  3. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  4. Solid copywriting skills and an eye for content that drives conversions.
  5. Confidence in using data to report, evaluate, and improve performance.
  6. A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
