Job description

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving Ektifa's digital marketing efforts. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for achieving marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing various digital marketing campaigns, analysing their effectiveness, and contributing to the overall success of Ektifa's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media (META, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search engine rankings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics.
  • Assist in identifying and selecting influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers, track campaign performance, and analyze ROI.
  • Assist the Marketing team in planning, developing, and executing trade marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, including key metrics such as website traffic, leads generated, and ROI.
  • Monitor brand mentions and online reviews.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (preferred).
