- To support the digital marketing team to create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
- To update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
- Managing online listings and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
- Working closely with internal team and external partners to ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.
- Staying updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
