This is a full-time, on-site role at our Barsha Heights office in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing social channels, planning campaigns, optimizing Meta/Google ads, creating content calendars, and reporting results.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing experience.
• Strong social media marketing and paid advertising skills.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Lead generation and conversion campaign experience.
• Social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Creative with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or lead generation is a plus.
• Based in the UAE.
• Portfolio or campaign examples required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow BFS Commercial Brokers' social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and more).
• Plan and run digital campaigns for listed businesses for sale.
• Run and optimise paid ads on Meta and Google.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Track performance: leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through digital campaigns.
• Research target audiences, competitors and market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team so campaigns support listings and sales goals.
• Manage ad budgets and adjust spending based on results.
• Prepare regular reports with clear recommendations.
• Work with our graphic designer on marketing materials.
• Keep BFS branding consistent across all channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads is a plus)
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Comfortable with social media analytics and performance tracking
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Creative, with a good eye for detail
• Able to manage several campaigns at once and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate, business brokerage or lead generation is an advantage
• Currently based in the UAE
