Job description

When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the digital marketing team in creating and managing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
  2. Update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
  3. Manage online listings and respond to guests’ online feedback, fostering positive relationships through online reputation platforms.
  4. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved across all channels.
  5. Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  3. Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
