Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Content Management
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s website ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.
- Publish and schedule engaging content on social media platforms.
- SEO and Analytics
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Email Marketing and Automation
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools for better efficiency.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Key Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in e-commerce marketing or conversion rate optimization.
