We are currently looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. As we expand our presence and capabilities in Dubai, it becomes increasingly important to raise awareness and boost user acquisition through online advertising. Your key objective would be to drive User Acquisition growth for our Dubai market.

What We Seek

  • Performance Marketing mindset : Use all available conversion data to optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & Facebook Ads, aiming to meet KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, and Cost Per Acquisition within the budget.
  • Data Driven : Analyze and utilize data from various tools and platforms to create end-to-end marketing campaigns based on research and analysis.
  • Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social : Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms.
  • Test & Learn Mentality : Open to trying new channels, strategies, and creatives, with a focus on A / B testing.
  • Problem-solver : Ability to craft creative online campaigns to enhance User and Driver Acquisition.
  • User Empathy : Think from the perspective of users and drivers to build seamless user journeys.
  • High autonomy : Self-organized, passionate, proactive, with the ability to own end-to-end projects.

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing within e-commerce or the tech industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced paid ad setups (SEM, PPC).
  • Strong understanding of Google ad formats.
  • Experience setting up remarketing / retargeting campaigns.
  • Experience in SEO, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in A / B testing and data analysis.
  • Ability to quickly source information and learn new tools.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Independence, drive, and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English.
