Job description

Location: Group-level role (not location-specific)

Overview

Weʼre hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to lead strategy and execution across the SEVEN group. This is a cross-brand role, covering all digital channels — from paid campaigns and SEO to websites, app, events, and brand activations. Youʼll work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and wider brand team, managing multiple platforms and supporting the groupʼs continued growth in the wellness and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & App Management
  • Maintain and optimise SEVENʼs websites and mobile apps
  • Ensure seamless UX, troubleshoot technical issues, and support updates

Digital Campaigns
  • Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and report on KPIs with actionable insights

UI/UX Optimisation
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to refine the user journey
  • Conduct usability reviews and implement improvements
SEO & Content Alignment
  • Apply SEO best practices across all web content
  • Align content with digital trends and search behaviour
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website, app, and campaign performance
  • Provide monthly reports with clear analysis and recommendations
Events & Photoshoots
  • Support coordination of in-house events and photoshoots
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure timely asset delivery
Brand Hosting & Representation
  • Represent the brand in meetings with collaborators and press when required
  • Host partners and guests at activations, maintaining professionalism and brand alignment
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and wider brand team
  • Stay informed on digital trends, platforms, and best practices relevant to wellness and hospitality



Requirements


  • 3- 5 yearsʼ experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or regions
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO tools, and GA4
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress and a good grasp of UI/UX
  • Experience coordinating digital campaigns and creative projects
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
