Job description
Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (Paid Search), and other digital channels for VOX Cinemas, Global Snow, and L&E brands across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search & Display).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure digital marketing activities align with movie launches, new packages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets, including banners, videos, and ad copies.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on real-time data.
  • Assist in pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion tracking across paid channels.
  • Help manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring.
  • Support in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports to help assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating with creative teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media execution.
  • Hands-on experience with META Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of pixels, event tracking, and Martech tools (CDPs, CRM, or automation platforms) is a plus.
