Update and maintain company websites and micro-sites.
Manage online listings and respond to guests’ online feedback, fostering positive relationships through online reputation management platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign KPIs are met across all channels.
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
