Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content aligned with the brand’s tone and objectives.
  • Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and digital KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create banners, visuals, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives and improve the online user journey.
  • Manage PPC budgets, monitor ROI, and provide performance reports regularly.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
