Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with client acquisition goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to different regions and target audiences.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, content, email, social media, and offline campaigns.
- Oversee content marketing strategies, including blog posts, market analysis, educational materials, and promotional content.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Establish relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to expand marketing reach.
- Optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, affiliate marketing, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Track key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Forex (FX) / CFD trading industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management in financial services.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Financial Marketing are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
