The Elliot Scott Group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager with strong expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, and content creation. This role targets construction interior design and real estate sectors.

You will plan and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness, manage social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile), and optimize campaigns plus local SEO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in construction interior design architecture real estate or fit-out preferred.
• Proven experience generating qualified leads through paid advertising.
• Hands-on content creation experience (photo & video).
• Experience with SEO and website management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok Google Business Profile).
• Create content for completed construction and interior projects, before/after visuals, site progress videos, client testimonials.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads Google Ads).
• Generate leads for landscape projects, swimming pool construction, interior fit-out and design services.
• Plan and attend on-site photoshoots and video shoots; edit photos and videos for social and ads.
• Manage website content and landing pages; apply local SEO practices.
• Track performance leads and cost per lead (CPL).
