Lead cost management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, bidding, construction, and delivery.

Prepare accurate cost budgets and perform dynamic cost tracking and control.

Adjust cost strategies in response to changes in Dubai s real estate and construction market conditions.

2. Market Analysis and Research

Monitor trends and fluctuations in prices of construction materials, labor, and equipment leasing in the Dubai market.

Regularly gather and analyze market data and government policies to support project cost assessments and forecasts.

3. Contract and Financial Settlement Management

Review project contracts to ensure compliance with cost control principles and local regulations.
