Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Creative and curious Digital Consultant Intern to join the Smart & Digital team for a six‑month internship in the UAE. You will blend technology with design to shape user-centered digital products for cities, buildings and infrastructure.

You’ll support client-facing research, digital strategy and product development, translating user needs into actionable concepts while collaborating with consultants, developers and designers across multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in product/digital design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and digital products.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support digital consulting engagements: research, benchmarking, requirements gathering, client-facing presentations.
• Translate user, business and technical needs into clear digital concepts for smart city/building projects.
• Design user-centered digital products and services from discovery to prototyping.
• Develop customer journeys, flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Create intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, dashboards and platforms.
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
