Job summary

Cognita is seeking an experienced School Improvement Partner (Digital) to work across 14 Cognita schools in the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on improving teaching quality, leadership, and student outcomes, using digital learning and AI to enhance teaching and learning.

You will guide school leaders, evaluate progress, and drive evidence-based improvements. Initial reporting to the Director of Education, East, with a potential move to the Head of School Improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior school leadership and impact on teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, self-evaluation and evidence-informed improvement.
• Experience in school evaluation, governance, peer review or inspection.
• Experience leading or overseeing digital learning in a school with AI awareness.
• Ability to triangulate evidence from digital/AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and challenge school leaders on self-evaluation and School Improvement Plans, monitoring measurable differences.
• Carry out quality assurance visits, learning walks, and scrutinize work with evidence-based critique.
• Triangulate evidence from digital/AI platforms to evaluate school quality and impact.
• Help schools prepare for inspection and accreditation with safeguarding at heart of evaluation.
• Support implementation of Flint AI and embed it in daily practice, training staff.
