Role Purpose:
We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Digital Delivery Manager to lead the optimization of our public website, with a focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital sales conversion. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, product, and technology, and is key to enhancing our digital acquisition strategy and improving the online experience for our retail banking customers.

Using data, insights, and agile methods, you will lead initiatives to improve search visibility, optimize journeys especially for mobile users, and increase digital sales of products like current accounts, wealth, and credit cards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Be accountable for Digital Delivery Management.
  2. Optimize customer journeys for acquisition, ensuring seamless mobile-first experiences.
  3. Define and prioritize the digital backlog focusing on SEO impact and conversion improvements.
  4. Analyze user behavior and customer journeys using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  5. Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities across traffic, engagement, and conversion funnels.
  6. Collaborate with UX and design teams to identify friction points and develop A/B tests to optimize funnels.
  7. Work closely with digital sales teams to define and track KPIs for conversion goals (e.g., application starts, sign-ups, product leads).
  8. Oversee A/B testing, personalization, and user journey experiments to improve digital performance, collaborating with the group Conversion Rate Optimization team.
  9. Own and manage the backlog of public website enhancements focused on digital sales and lead generation.
  10. Provide regular performance updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders.
  11. Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, brand, and accessibility standards.
  12. Build relationships across teams and functions to create a compelling public website.
