What You’ll Own
Content creation across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & more
Creating story-driven, engaging, and on-brand short-form video content
Spotting trends early and executing fast (we move same-day, not next week)
Turning founder ideas, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer wins into viral content
Writing hooks, headlines, and captions that turn views into followers
Working with in-house team (editor, designer, videographer) to execute consistently
Testing, tracking, and optimizing content based on real data
What Success Looks Like
Fast, consistent growth across social channels
High-performing content posted weekly
Daily content output (at least 4–5 pieces per week)
Engagement, reach, and brand buzz — organically
Turning Trade It into a content-first brand in trading & finance
Required Experience
2–3 years of hands-on content creation experience (not just planning — creating)
You’ve grown a page/account from scratch to 50K+ followers — and can prove it
Deep understanding of short-form video trends and social platform algorithms
You know how to script, storyboard, shoot, and edit (or coordinate it all)
Strong creative eye, fast execution, and performance-driven mindset
Bonus: Experience in trading, finance, personal brands, or education content

“Social media managers” who only do scheduling
Content creators who wait for permission
People who aren’t obsessed with performance and pace
Clock-watchers — we want owners, not employees
