Job Title : Digital Business Development Director
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Business Development Director to lead strategic consulting engagements aimed at transforming digital customer experiences and driving growth for leading financial institutions. The ideal candidate will come from a top-tier consulting firm or Big 4 background and possess a strong track record in delivering digital transformation, portfolio optimization, and strategic innovation across the banking and payments sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on digital banking transformation for clients, customer journey optimization, and portfolio growth for top issuer clients.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance digital acquisition funnels for debit and credit card products.
- Develop seamless digital onboarding journeys and end-to-end customer engagement processes.
- Create data-driven Early Month on Book (EMOB) strategies to minimize attrition and maximize long-term customer value.
- Innovate banking subscription models and retention strategies tailored to evolving customer behavior.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of cardholder behavior, segmentation, and dormancy trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing and engagement strategies.
- Benchmark client portfolios and identify competitive opportunities through data analytics and industry best practices.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, building long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, solution design, and new client acquisition.
Preferred Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in management consulting , with a strong preference for candidates from Big 4 firms or leading strategy consulting firms.Deep understanding of digital banking, customer lifecycle management, and card product strategy.Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven initiatives and digital transformation projects in the financial services sector.Strong analytical skills, with experience in customer segmentation, portfolio diagnostics, and performance benchmarking.Exceptional client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Why Join Us
