Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS or related field.
• UAE Nationals only.

• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of digital banking services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Digital Services: Engage with staff to explain benefits and features to encourage adoption.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Organize and deliver training for customers and staff on using digital platforms.
• Support Adoption Initiatives: Plan and execute campaigns to increase user engagement with digital services.
• Stakeholder Assistance: Provide direct support to staff on digital services and resolve issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in digital processes with stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with Head of Digital Strategic Programs to implement strategies and initiatives.
• Documentation: Create user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to aid usage of digital services.
