A leading digital marketing agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for a digital media manager to develop integrated campaigns and manage CRM tools effectively. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of digital media experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, and strong English communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's digital presence and grow the customer base through creative strategies.
1. Grow Client Entertainments' corporate digital presence through website PWA, SEO campaigns, and the development of relevant B2C and B2B content.
2. Develop fully integrated digital media campaigns with clear measurable KPIs for events, in a client-facing role.
3. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM), grow the B2C customer database, and provide customer insights for targeted campaigns. Manage the tools.
4. Utilize Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to guide the development of compelling internal and external email/SMS campaigns for the organization and events.
5. Provide thorough digital performance analysis (Weekly/Monthly) and deliver actionable insights.
6. Strengthen customer data management platform integration and track ticket sales performance with the Ticketing Department to enhance media efficiency and event performance.
7. Contribute to the content marketing strategy to ensure that the organization's/events' digital narrative is integrated, and key messaging is delivered in the right context and channel-fit format.
8. Establish a broad network of digital partners to identify innovative solutions for RFPs and campaigns, and activate creative partnerships that amplify events.
9. Collaborate with the legal department to manage digital partner contracts in line with department policies.
10. Communicate project expectations effectively to event team members, other departments, third parties, and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
11. Plan and allocate digital resources and budgets for new event planning, working with the Marcomms lead, and submit resource plans to the Project Manager.
12. Develop and manage the digital campaign plan schedule, monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
13. Handle all RFPs/RFQs required for digital deliverables for events. Manage the digital budget, approve supplier quotes, support team contracts, LPOs, and invoices with Legal/Finance departments.
14. Contribute to new business RFPs and IPs where digital marketing and innovation are required. Consult with Business Development on digital budgets, staffing, and deliverables for RFP submissions.
15. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, including monthly management and board reports (coordinate with the Project Manager if part of an event program).
Requirements
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic preferred.
Years of Experience:
10 years of digital media experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing. Certified in Marketing training (Chartered Institute of Marketing, Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, etc.).
