A leading company in the insurance sector seeks a Product Manager for Digital Assets. This role involves overseeing market trends, enhancing digital products, and ensuring first-class customer experiences. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management with strong skills in AI and data analytics.
What you do: Monitor and coordinate market and industry trends and activities, benchmark solutions to research, assess, and develop new concepts, ideas contributing to asset evolution, and identify best practices for Digital Assets. Take end-to-end ownership for building POCs, business models, business cases, roadmaps, and plans to drive asset performance, utilization, and monetization within Allianz Partners group and beyond, whether as a standalone Digital Asset or integrated into the e-health ecosystem.
Map and align with omni-channel objectives to design customer-centric journeys, conceptualize conversational flows, and ensure a first-class experience for Digital Assets without compromising delivery timelines and quality. Translate business needs into tangible solutions with a focus on cost efficiency and high-quality assurance in an agile environment. Manage relationships across departments and business units, acting as an ambassador for Digital Assets.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and follow plans from Product Managers for Digital Assets and Services, aligning with corporate and departmental strategies. Lead task prioritization based on OKRs and departmental goals. Support go-to-market strategies, set performance criteria and KPIs, and monitor performance reports and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
What you bring: 5+ years of product management experience; a university degree in Business Administration or similar. Proven success in launching and scaling digital products or UX transformations. Experience with behavioral data, analytics, AI (NLP, LLM, ML), and data science. Understanding of digital health ecosystems and insurance sector. Legally permitted to work in UAE. Proficiency in MS Office and internet research. Experience working in agile and Scrum environments.
