Job Description

As Digital & eCommerce Executive, your mission is to drive the digital performance of our eCommerce platforms across two brands Restofair RAK and Muddle Me by increasing qualified traffic, boosting on-site conversion, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will also lead and coordinate online commercial animations and manage two key team members: the CRM Executive and the Product E-Merchandiser Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Traffic Acquisition & Visibility

  • Define and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic
  • Manage SEA and paid campaigns in coordination with external agencies
  • Analyze acquisition KPIs and optimize media budgets based on performance
  • Monitor digital trends and identify new acquisition levers

Conversion Optimization & UX

  • Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities
  • Work with IT, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless user experience
  • Supervise the Product E-Merchandiser Executive to ensure a compelling and optimized product display

Commercial Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the online commercial animation calendar across both brands
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply, and product teams to launch promotional campaigns
  • Ensure consistency between online and offline commercial activities

Performance Monitoring

  • Track key performance indicators: traffic, conversion rate, average order value, revenue, CAC
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance
  • Support quarterly business reviews and cross-functional planning

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or Business
  • 4 6 years of experience in a digital or e-commerce environment
  • Proven experience in driving online sales and managing cross-functional projects

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEA tools, Google Analytics, CMS and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in management
