Minimum Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing).
- Proven experience of 8 years as a Digital Analytics Lead or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics Appsflyer or similar platforms.
- Experience working closely with technical teams to implement tracking requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing user journey analysis and UX performance measurement.
- Strong communication skills to influence and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Certified Google Analytics professional.
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage up effectively.
- Data-driven storytelling skills; you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals.
- Strong Web Analytics proficiency is required A/B testing / usability / UX etc.
