Minimum Experience and Knowledge


  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing).

  • Proven experience of 8 years as a Digital Analytics Lead or similar role.

  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics Appsflyer or similar platforms.

  • Experience working closely with technical teams to implement tracking requirements.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of A/B testing user journey analysis and UX performance measurement.

  • Strong communication skills to influence and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

  • Certified Google Analytics professional.

  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage up effectively.

  • Data-driven storytelling skills; you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals.

  • Strong Web Analytics proficiency is required A/B testing / usability / UX etc.
