Our Dubai location positions us in a growing market at the hub of business in the northern hemisphere, with a client base operating in more than 15 countries across the Middle East, Europe, the Subcontinent, and Asia. Our offerings include all aspects of communications, advertising, and marketing in traditional and new media formats.

We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager

to work from our Dubai office. Reporting to the Head of Gulf Marketing Research & Ebusiness, your main role will be to serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the agency and key client personnel, proactively manage clients' digital and online requirements, and efficiently manage internal relationships. You will also deliver an effective service with a focus on quality, achieving objectives, and meeting key performance goals related to account profitability and development.

Responsibilities of the role will be:
  1. Client Servicing
  2. Provide daily contact with key client personnel, developing and maintaining productive relationships.
  3. Identify and resolve problems as they arise, involving the Line Manager when necessary.
  4. Ensure client requests are addressed promptly, managing expectations regarding speed, delivery, and quality.
  5. Develop client requests into relevant internal briefs using specified documentation and procedures.
  6. Manage all jobs to ensure they are scheduled on time, within budget, and properly monitored.
  7. Issue contact reports of key meetings and calls within 24-48 hours.
  8. Distribute regular work-in-progress and status reports.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Graduate level education or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Management experience in website/microsite/multimedia creation and online campaigns.
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 3 years in an interactive design agency or multimedia environment in a similar role.
Job-Specific Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in IT or Digital Media and Multimedia Industry.
  • Knowledge of online technologies and terminology.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Strategies, integrated web campaigns, online games, promotions, mobile apps (1-2 years).
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with online media trends.
