HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Tanker Heavy Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating tanker trucks to transport petroleum products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate diesel tanker trucks to transport petroleum products to designated locations.
2. Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure safe transportation of hazardous materials.
3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or defects.
4. Monitor traffic and weather conditions to plan the best route for timely delivery.
5. Load and unload the tanker truck using appropriate equipment and procedures.
6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
7. Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules and report any delays or issues.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local and federal transportation regulations.
9. Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Good physical fitness and mental maturity, as this is a heavy truck driver position for diesel.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug test.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel tanker truck driver.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices and transportation regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and GPS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if required.

Salary: Fixed salary AED 2,300 plus trip-based system depending on the number of trips per month, with total monthly income between AED 3,000 and 4,500.
