Join Our Team and Enhance Nuclear Plant Operations

We are seeking skilled AOV/MOV Diagnostic Testers to join our team at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MOV and AOV systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with valve diagnostics, particularly in the nuclear industry, and a strong understanding of diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance for MOV/AOV systems in line with manufacturer manuals (e.g., Rotork, Biffi, Dresser, Parcol, Velan, Emerson).
  • Conduct refurbishment of MOV and AOV actuators and accessories to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Use diagnostic tools like Viper20 and VOTES Infinity for data acquisition, analysis, and system calibration.
  • Develop and revise maintenance procedures for valves, including electrical and pneumatic actuators and related accessories.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnostic tests to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to provide technical support during outage and maintenance activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working with MOV and AOV systems in a nuclear or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools like Viper20 and VOTES Infinity.
  • Extensive knowledge of actuator systems (electrical and pneumatic) and related accessories.
  • Nuclear outage experience is essential, with a focus on safety and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to work across departments and troubleshoot system issues.
