We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommending effective repair solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using OBD scanners, manufacturer software, and testing equipment
• Identify faults related to engine management, ABS, transmission, electronic systems, and more
• Interpret error codes and perform root cause analysis
• Assist in complex repair procedures and verify the effectiveness of completed repairs
• Update service records, diagnostic reports, and job cards accurately
• Support and guide junior technicians with troubleshooting
• Stay updated with the latest diagnostic technologies and vehicle systems
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in automotive diagnostics
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools like Tech2, Bosch KTS, or OEM-specific systems
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electronic systems and fault tracing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with service manuals and wiring diagrams
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
