Job summary

TruDoc is seeking a School Nurse in Dubai to provide first aid, basic healthcare, and ongoing medical support to students and staff. The role requires a nursing qualification and a valid UAE license or eligibility, with preference for experience in pediatric or clinical settings.

You will handle emergencies calmly, maintain health records, and coordinate with parents and healthcare providers to ensure optimal student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience as a school nurse or in pediatric/clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff.
• Assess and manage minor illnesses, injuries and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate student health records and medical documentation.
• Administer medications as per approved guidelines and parental/medical instructions.
• Monitor students with existing medical conditions and follow their care plans.
• Coordinate with parents, school management, and healthcare providers when required.
• Promote health, hygiene, and wellness awareness within the school.
