GEMS Education in Dubai is seeking a qualified School Nurse to manage student health services, including first aid, medical assessments, immunisation compliance, and health promotion. The role requires calm clinical judgement, strong organisation, and collaboration with parents, teachers, safeguarding teams, and leaders to maintain a healthy learning environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or General Nursing Certificate) with MOH license preferred and at least two

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or General Nursing Certificate is required.
MOH nursing licence is preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in school nursing or paediatric settings.
Strong knowledge of immunisation requirements and preventive healthcare.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

Provide first aid and immediate nursing care to students and staff on campus.
Assess symptoms and medical concerns using clinical judgement.
Determine return-to-class eligibility or need for emergency treatment.
Administer medications according to prescriptions and parental consent.
Maintain accurate student medical records and confidentiality.
Monitor immunisation records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate with parents, healthcare providers, and school leaders on health matters.
Promote health, hygiene, safety, and wellbeing across the campus.
