The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
  2. Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
  3. Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project/system specifications.
  4. Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
  5. Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
  6. Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtaining required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
Ideal Profile
  1. You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  2. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  3. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  4. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
