Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Russian-speaking DevOps Engineer to join their fintech-focused team in a full-time role. The candidate will maintain infrastructure, optimize CI/CD workflows, and address deployment issues across test and production environments.

Responsibilities include configuring monitoring, incident analysis, and collaborating with product, QA, and operations to ensure alignment. Strong Russian fluency and expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scripting are required.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluency in Russian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
• Knowledge of network stack.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both development and production environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Experience with Service Mesh solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in both test and production environments
• Configure and manage monitoring and logging systems
• Contribute to incident analysis and resolution efforts
