Grow-Talent.com is partnering with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company to hire a DevOps Engineer for nighttime operations in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on maintaining scalable infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and reliable deployment processes to support a fast-growing product team.

Fluency in English, 5+ years in a similar role, and strong Kubernetes/Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI skills are required, along with scripting in Python or Shell.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Strong understanding of containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Shell).
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging solutions and network stack.
• Strong problem-solving with production and development environments.
• Ability to collaborate with development, QA and operations teams.

About the job DevOps Engineer (Nighttime) - English

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in both test and production environments
• Configure and manage monitoring and logging systems
• Contribute to incident analysis and resolution efforts
• Collaborate regularly with the product team to ensure alignment and support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluency in English (B2-C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• At least 5 years experience in similar role
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutionsKnowledge of network stack
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both development and production environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams
• Experience with Service Mesh solutions
