We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of infrastructure at an early-stage fintech company based in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage the entire infrastructure stack, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines
• Lead the full DevOps lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and improve system performance
• Drive best practices in infrastructure design, cloud architecture, and DevOps culture

What We're Looking For

Proven experience owning and managing infrastructure in an early-stage startup or similar environment

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - this is a must

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Jenkins, or equivalent deployment tools

Solid knowledge of Linux / Unix systems and networking

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios)
