The Opportunity

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy and operate our systems. Your role involves automating and streamlining operations and processes, building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure for solutions deployed on public or private cloud (air-gapped).
• Deploy application updates.
• Monitor environment health by tracking technical and business metrics, setting alerts, and proactively preventing issues.
• Evaluate and conduct proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
• Contribute to the knowledge base.
• Analyze service performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and Governance policies.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• 3+ years of experience configuring/tuning observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus).
• Strong Linux Administration background.
• Good understanding of network concepts.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of message queues (preferably RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Elasticsearch (ELK stack).
• Experience with vector databases.
• Experience deploying GPU workloads.
