Qualifications

• Experience with Red Hat and Oracle Linux environments.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• CI/CD automation experience.
• Ansible for configuration management.
• Terraform and IaC practices.
• Git version control proficiency.
• VMware virtualization experience.
• Scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, document technical findings clearly.
• Configure and improve monitoring and incident-management processes with related teams.
• Design and implement backup strategies to strengthen resilience and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment processes and IaC solutions for consistency and scalability.
• Foster cross-department collaboration for automated monitoring of core services.
• Review Grafana dashboards for data accuracy and drive improvements.
• Administer VMware infrastructure and test new vendor implementations.
• Contribute to technical standards, automation initiatives, and optimization projects.
