Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable.
• UAE National with strong understanding of local culture and business etiquette.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing development projects, including contractors and consultants.
• Help with procurement of easements, entitlements, and permits.
• Assist with selection and oversight of project teams.
• Manage design and construction efforts for projects.
• Document project operational performance and compliance with plans.
