About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as a Development Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, set realistic timelines, and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous testing protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our technical stack and development methodology.

Qualifications and Requirements
