This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of world-class hospitality assets within one of the region’s most ambitious developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full development lifecycle of luxury hospitality assets, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use projects.
• Define and implement development strategies, ensuring alignment with the project’s overarching vision and objectives.
• Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and design management, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure successful execution.
• Engage with leading operators, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies to uphold global standards of excellence.

Candidate Profile :

• Experience : Minimum 15 years in real estate or hospitality development, with a proven track record in large-scale, high-value projects.
• Sector Expertise : Extensive experience in luxury hotel and resort development, ideally within the Middle East.
• Leadership : Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-profile stakeholders.
