Job Description
- Formulate comprehensive marketing development plans and strategic goals based on the platform’s overall development strategy, and ensure effective implementation.
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, promotional plans, and campaigns. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement marketing initiatives, leverage media channels for effective promotion, and establish a unique brand image and positioning.
- Organize and participate in various brand promotional activities, supervise market operations, respond quickly to market demands, and drive improvements in marketing efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis, study industry trends and competitors, and regularly provide market forecasts and intelligence reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage the marketing team and lead them to achieve sales targets and other key marketing performance indicators.
- Gain deep insights into industry characteristics and development trends, introduce new products when appropriate, and take charge of their marketing and promotion.
- Expand and maintain a network of external partners and stakeholders based on business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
- Strong alignment with the company’s corporate culture and core values;
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 7 years in real estate marketing and 5 years in a similar leadership role;
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai market, with a strong understanding of local culture, customs, and business environment. Familiar with all stages of the sales process, regional market trends, policy developments, and financial concepts. Capable of independently developing and executing marketing plans, promotional strategies, and market campaigns;
- Proven track record of independently managing the marketing efforts of at least two real estate projects, supported by strong sales performance;
- Strong market awareness, adaptability, leadership, and the ability to independently explore and expand new markets;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong logical thinking, and a quick learner.
