As a Tapster you will:

    • Scope projects, build business cases and assist with the integration of our products and other platforms
    • Analyse requirements of merchants and coordinate with their development team for product integration
    • Attend technical inquiries from customers on Live Chat, Email & Telephone
    • Troubleshoot technical issues via online meeting
    • Build, enhance and maintain on a progressive basis all technical documentation
    • Provide gateway and feature functionality training as required to merchants and partners
    • Provide technical product support and help resolve merchant account or gateway issues
    • Coordinate between customer care, sales and technical team for product integrations
    • Organise training sessions regarding developments in product
    • Understand the payment domain within the local, regional and global markets
    • Work with engineers across the company to build new features at large-scale
    • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
    • Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.

What you will bring to the party:

    • 2-4 years of role-specific experience with an understanding of Fintech
    • Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted
    • Ability to build credibility and develop client/merchant/stakeholder relationships
    • Ability to articulate support and meet client requirements
    • Growth mindset and solution-driven approach
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead small engagements
    • Effective prioritization and organization of work
    • High productivity and innovation focus
    • Excellent communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic language ability
