Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Record financial transactions in accounting software and update ledgers.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and accounting reports.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal accounting records.
• Verify expense claims and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of business transactions, bills, and receipts.
• Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial summaries.
