Job summary

Exasoft inDubai is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support specialist to provide VIP end-user support in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose, image, and maintain Windows workstations, manage Office 365 issues, and assist with video conferencing setups.

You will engage with executives, document troubleshooting steps, and collaborate with L3 engineers to resolve complex issues while ensuring high service quality in a dynamic UAE setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows environments (Win7, Office 2010) and Win8 with O365.
• Excellent customer service and VIP support experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot desktop systems, printers and operating problems.
• Experience with Remote Support technologies (e.g., RM desktop, VNC).
• Strong documentation of troubleshooting steps and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, service tickets, and dispatched requests for technical support.
• Provide VIP support and exceptional customer service.
• Re-Imaging laptops and PCs to standard configurations.
• Support end users in Windows/macOS environments and with Office 365.
• Troubleshoot printers, networking basics, and video conferencing units.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills including providing VIP support.
• Experience supporting large Windows based environments to desktop level with emphasis on Win 7 OS / office 2010 as well as Win 8 and O365 .
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer and operating problems

• Support of End User for video conferencing units..
