Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver Software Engineering services in Microsoft Infrastructure Support, coordinating with the DSMA team in Bahrain for support tasks.
• Coordinate with local ISP for performance issues.
• Provide end-user support for laptops and company mobile phones.
• Maintain data centers and perform periodic GENSET/UPS testing.
• Work on ServiceNOW tickets and resolve them within SLA.

Job Qualifications & Experience

IT Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience in the UAE, holding ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft Azure Essentials, and MCITP certifications.

Job Skills & Competencies

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Security & Compliance, Microsoft Copilot, Licensing & User Management.
• Endpoint Management: MECM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, MDM, MAM, Patch Management, Compliance.
• Active Directory & Policy Management: Administration and Group Policy.
• Operating Systems: Windows (10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022), macOS, Linux (Ubuntu).
• IT Service Management: Incident, Problem, Change, and Access Management.
• Video Conferencing Setup & Troubleshooting: Polycom, Logitech, Cisco Webex, Avaya, Yealink, Meeting rooms.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Firewall & VPN, DLP, MFA.
