We are seeking an experienced Deskside Support Technician to provide high-level technical support for end-user computing environments. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering exceptional service to employees, including executive / VIP staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10 / 11, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS / Android)
  2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to O365, Active Directory, printers, video conferencing systems, and peripherals
  3. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks, including hardware / software deployments and upgrades
  4. Manage asset inventory, including tagging, tracking, and reporting
  5. Support VIP users with prompt and professional service
  6. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  7. Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and provide user training when necessary

Requirements

  1. Technical Skills & Experience :
  2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10 / 11), macOS, and Microsoft O365
  4. Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools (MS Remote Desktop, VNC), and mobile device management
  5. Ability to troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, AV systems) and software issues
  6. Familiarity with malware removal and basic network troubleshooting

Soft Skills & Certifications :

  1. Excellent communication and customer service skills (VIP support experience preferred)
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
  3. A+ Certification, MCP, or ITIL (preferred but not required)
  4. Arabic language skills

Physical Requirements :

  1. Ability to lift / move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  2. Willingness to travel between office locations if required
